So for my first post I thought I'd show you a few things that have been swirling round in my head as of late.
Leopard Print. I am not immune to the current leopard print fever that seems to be everywhere as of late and am currently a slave to the stuff...
Source.Polyvore, Fashion Gone RougeIn the process of hunting a feline inspired bag for my greedy paws and I think this mulberry beast is perfect...dreams are free?
I have been worshiping French artist Christian Boltanski since early this year, his most recent exhibition took place in The Grand Palais in Paris. Boltanski uses installation to convey themes of absense and loss in post holocaust society. The grand nature of Personnes appeals to me as well as the exploration of clothing and how clothing is connected to the personal being and identity. His work is confronting but in a gentle manner and allows the viewer to draw their own conclusions , nothing is contrived or forced which is a hard thing to achieve when responding to such a sensitive historical event in a contemporary context. Makes me think about clothing and what it actually means? Deep I no.
Big Black Clompers. The Bigger, the chunkier the better. Some say the look like foot correctors....

These Camilla Skovgaard Boots are feminine but with a killer edge. Camilla has got quite a lot of hype within the industry as of late, shes set to the next big thing and I can now see why with her new season(previous collections have been stiletto focused which don't really catch my attention!)
